Pricing questions

Why are these ranges rather than a single price?

Because the same room can be two very different jobs. Material choice, how much preparation the subfloor needs, stairs, transitions and how the layout runs all move the number. The range shows you the territory; the measurement gives you the price.

Is the installation included in these figures?

Yes. These are installed prices, not material-only prices. Our project pricing is all-inclusive: flooring, cushion or underlayment, removal of the old floor, standard furniture moving, installation, transitions, stairs and the subfloor preparation the house actually needs.

What if my project is larger than 1,000 square feet?

Whole-house projects are common and they are quoted the same way — measured first, then priced as one project. Call or text (740) 614-0911 and we will book a time to come out.
